The word psychic comes from the Greek word psyche which means spirit or soul. People receive spiritual information through their connection through communication with the spiritual realms. The way you make your connection to your spiritual side is unique to you.

Psychic traditions
People have been visiting psychics since the beginning of recorded history.
Many ancient cultures throughout the world had some form of psychic tradition.
In the Bible there are many accounts of people getting information from angels and God.
The Egyptians communicated with the dead, forecast future events and even built their pyramids to align with the stars!
Aristotle was the first one to practice palmistry. The Greeks used oracles such as the delphi oracle and the Romans sacrificed animals and studied their entrails (yuk!) to foretell the future. The Celts did that too. And in Celtic tradition the druids who were the psychics and priests in their culture were consulted by the ruling class.

If you are planning to visit a pyschic do some homework! Think about the questions you would like to ask. Most psychics specialize in certain areas. For example I don't locate lost objects or missing peole whereas some psychics are very good at that. My speciality is more in the area of relationships, love, life purpose, angels and general readings.

If you ever feel scared during a reading please leave the reading immediately. Some so called psychics may tell you that you have a black cloud hanging over you or a "curse" has been placed upon you and that you need to pay them an exorbitant amount of money to have it removed. This is not ethical psychic practice, it is extortion. If that EVER happens to you get out of there as fast as you can.
A good psychic will present information to you in a way that is empowering. You should feel better after you leave the reading than you did before it began.The whole purpose of a reading is to give you insight, understanding and a spiritual perspective of the issues you are dealing with.
